Digital Content Notice

Due to the nature of digital content and online courses, refunds are generally not available once you have accessed, downloaded, or begun studying the course content. Please carefully review the course description and preview content before making a purchase to ensure it meets your needs.

Eligible for Refund

  • Within 7 days of purchase, and no paid content has been accessed or downloaded
  • Technical issues preventing access to purchased content, confirmed by our technical team as unresolvable within a reasonable timeframe
  • Course content significantly differs from the product description (specific details required)
  • Duplicate charges or excess payments due to system errors

Non-Refundable Situations

  • More than 20% of the total course content has been accessed, downloaded, or studied
  • Services purchased more than 7 days ago that have already been used
  • Refund requests due to personal reasons (e.g., change of interest, lack of time)
  • Accounts restricted for violating platform terms of service
  • Content purchased during promotions, at discounted prices, or as part of bundles
